What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

My hope is for you to have next steps and what to expect next session. Ways that you can do therapy work or things to ponder in between sessions. My contact information so you can reach out if you need support, and an understanding of ways you can cope with whatever you are experiencing.

The relationship you build with your therapist is powerful. It is my goal to work with you in a partnership to build the joy, calm, and strength you desire for your life. I want to support you while you connect deeply with yourself and others. Let's empower you to accept yourself and your path through this life.

On a Personal Note

I love what I do & when I'm not working I enjoy gardening, cooking, reading, sewing, hanging with my pets, and family. I also have a 50 acre farm and rescue where we have chickens, along with produce that is donated to local families.
