Helping neurodivergent adults and those navigating chronic illness build strategies, find acceptance, and feel more in charge of their lives
I help my clients build real strategies for navigating neurodivergence, chronic illness, and the life disruptions that come with them. Together, we work toward acceptance, self-understanding, and a sense of agency, so you can feel more capable and in control of your own story.

My Approach to Therapy
I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, and narrative therapy to help you recognize patterns, process past experiences, and feel more like yourself. I also bring in media you actually connect with, like: video games, TV shows, movies, to illustrate concepts from our sessions in ways that feel familiar and real, not clinical.
What It's Like to Work Together
Our sessions are client-led and therapist-structured. You set the direction, and I help us get there. My style is warm, curious, and collaborative, and I want you to feel genuinely in control of your own progress. Over time, clients often find they're not just coping better, but approaching their lives with more confidence and clarity.
