My Approach to Therapy
I use a combination of evidence-based and client-centered approaches including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed therapy, and neurodivergent-affirming and LGBTQIA+ affirming care. Our work focuses on understanding patterns, building coping strategies, and creating sustainable changes that support your nervous system and daily functioning. I also integrate parts work and somatic awareness to help you understand long-standing patterns, unlearn shame, and build systems that actually work for your brain and life.
What It's Like to Work Together
My style is warm, supportive, collaborative and real. I won’t pathologize your experiences.- Instead, we’ll make sense of them together. I create a space where you can feel safe being yourself while also being gently challenged to grow. Sessions are intentional, helping you gain insight and leave with tools you can use. Over time, clients feel more regulated, confident, and self-accepting.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer virtual therapy?
Yes, I offer virtual therapy for clients throughout Washington state.
How long does therapy take?
It depends on your goals and what you are working through. Some clients come for short-term focused work on a specific challenge, while others prefer longer-term support as they navigate more complex patterns. We will talk about what feels right for you as we get started.
I was just diagnosed. Where do I even start?
That feeling of not knowing where to start is incredibly common, and you do not have to figure it out alone. Therapy can help you process the diagnosis, understand your patterns and history through a new lens, and begin building strategies that actually fit how your brain works.
What does neurodivergent-affirming therapy mean?
Neurodivergent-affirming therapy means I do not treat ADHD or autism as problems to fix. Instead, we work with how your brain actually works, understand your patterns without judgment, and build systems and strategies that fit your life rather than forcing you into neurotypical frameworks.
Do you work with clients who are questioning whether they might be neurodivergent?
Yes. You do not need a formal diagnosis to work with me. Many clients come in with self-identified experiences or a sense that something has always felt different. That is a completely valid place to start.
